Welcome to Onelife Fitness. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of our websites, including without limitation, careers.onelifefitness.com (“Site”), any Onelife Fitness mobile application, including any mobile application extension, mobile text program, and other services, tools or programs offered by Onelife Fitness in the United States, any interaction with our personnel, or where these Terms appear (collectively, the “Services”). Onelife Fitness or its affiliates (collectively, “Onelife Fitness,” “US Fitness,” “our,” “we,” or “us”) supplies the Site and Services. “You” refers to you as a user of the Site or Services.
We may change or modify these Terms from time to time and will post the updated Terms with a “Last Updated” effective date of the revision. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting of the changes or modifications, and, to the extent permitted by law, you waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications.  Your continued access to the Site, use of the Site, and/or use of or participation in the Services after these Terms have been changed or modified (see Last Updated date above) signifies your acceptance of any updated Terms. As a result, you should often review these Terms to understand the terms and conditions that apply to your access to the Site, use of the Site, and/or use of or participation in the Services.  If you do not agree to the changed or modified Terms, do not use the Site or Services.



You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site or the Services, except that some Services might require that you must be 18 years or older. If you are under the age of majority in your state of residence, a minor, your parent or legal guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf, and you may only access and use the Site and Services with permission from your parent or legal guardian.  


You are responsible for your use of the Site and Services, and for any use of the Site or Services made using your account.  Our goal is to create a positive, useful, and safe user experience. To promote this goal, we prohibit certain kinds of conduct that may be harmful to other users or to us. When you use the Site or Services, you may not:

  1. violate, infringe, or misappropriate the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights of any other party;

  1. post or share anything that is illegal, abusive, harassing, harmful to reputation, pornographic, indecent, profane, obscene, hateful, racist, or otherwise objectionable;

  1. send unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or commercial communications, such as spam;

  1. engage in spidering or harvesting, or participate in the use of software, including spyware, designed to collect data from the Site or Services;

  1. transmit any viruses or other computer instructions or technological means whose purpose is to disrupt, damage, or interfere with the use of computers or related systems;

  1. stalk, harass, or harm another individual;

  1. impersonate any person or entity or perform any other similar fraudulent activity, such as phishing;

  1. use any means to scrape or crawl any Web pages contained in the Site or the Services or to harvest or otherwise collect information about individuals;

  1. attempt to cause damage to or through the Services or to circumvent any technological measure implemented by us or any of our providers or any other third party (including another user) to protect the Site or Services;

  1. attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software or other underlying code used to provide the Site or Services;  
Some of the Services are made available through the use of third-party service providers. In addition, the Services are supported by services provided by Google. By using the Services, you agree to comply with all terms and notices as Google may provide, including without limitation the Google Maps / Google Earth Additional Terms of Service  (including the Google Privacy Policy.)


The Career Site allows you to find information about and apply for jobs. Onelife Fitness is committed to the principles of equal employment opportunity. We reserve the right to not provide the Site or Services to any person. We also reserve the right to terminate any user’s right to access the Site or Services at any time, at our discretion. If you violate any of these Terms, your permission to use the Site and Services automatically terminates.
